募集締切＆手配状況報告 (Participation Closed & Arrangement Update)

お世話になっております。会社休み荘です。
まずは、今回本企画の主旨を理解頂き
ご賛同頂きましたこと 誠にありがとうございました。
この場を借りて改めて御礼申し上げます。

手配状況につきましては、お花屋さん並びに
フラワーデザインにつきましては完了しており
現在、装飾品の準備・手配を進めております。

＜装飾品について＞
ネームボード１点を準備中です。
現在、イラスト１点も手配検討しております。

気付けばライブももうすぐですね。
皆様体調にはお気をつけて、当日を楽しめますようお過ごしください。

Regarding the arrangements, the florist and flower design have already been completed.
We are now preparing and arranging the decorations.

About the decorations:

One name board is being prepared.
One illustration is also under consideration for arrangement.

The live event is coming very soon.

装飾品及びお花のグレードについて（Update on Decorations and Flower Grade）

お世話になっております。会社休み荘です。
本企画へのご理解並びに賛同ありがとうございます。

今回は装飾品の制作・手配状況並びにお花のグレード変更について
ご報告いたします。

・ネームボード（A3サイズ）：
　添付画像の通り制作・手配いたしました。
　ご賛同者様のお名前を記載させて頂いております。
　改めてご賛同者様に感謝申し上げます。

・イラスト（A4サイズ）：
　イラストパネルをお花に掲示することにしました。
　オイカゼ様に以前制作頂いたイラストをパネル印刷しました。

・お花のグレードについて
　当初予定しておりました、お花代40,000円を50,000円に
　グレードアップしました。

　個人的な理由にて恐縮ですが、当方のイベント参加が難しい状況となり
　私の交通費分から手出しすることにしました。

以上となります。
皆様と当日のイベントをお祝い出来ますよう最後まで努めたく思います。

Dear all,
This is Kaisha Yasumisou.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support of this project.

I would like to provide an update regarding the preparation of the decorations, as well as a change to the flower arrangement plan.

・Name Board (A3 size):
As shown in the attached image, the board has been designed and arranged.
The names of all supporters are listed.
We sincerely thank you again for your support.

・Illustration (A4 size):
An illustration panel will be displayed with the flower arrangement.
We have printed the illustration previously created by Oikaze-sama.

・Flower arrangement upgrade:
We have upgraded the flower budget from the initially planned ¥40,000 to ¥50,000.
Although this is a personal matter, due to difficulties in attending the event in person, I decided to contribute the difference from my own travel expenses.

That is all for now.
We will continue doing our best to celebrate the event together with everyone.

お花納品いたしました！

皆様のご支援にて素敵なお花を納品することが出来ました。
改めて御礼申し上げます。

今回出演者様全員のイメージカラーも取り入れ
よりイベント全体を盛り上げる事が出来て嬉しかったです。
