ご挨拶から失礼致します。(長々となってしまったので飛ばしていただいて結構です)

もう存じてくださっているかと思いますが、このプロジェクトを始めることになったのはたったの4日前です。

11月13日AGF公式のツイートでフラワースタンド(以下フラスタ)を設置できると知り、出したいなあと思いつつも場所が韓国なので本当に出せるとはまず思っていませんでした。

11月17日(月曜日)

妹からミン・スハさんのファンの方がフラスタの企画やってるよと教えてもらい、素敵なパネルとお花のイメージを見て、私も浮奇さんにお花を送りたい！と思い立ちました。

(以下ライバーの名前敬称略)

思うままにフラスタ出したい！などとツイートして当初代行業者などがないか探すも、

花束や花籠を送る代行業者はあれどフラスタを請け負っている業者をみつけることができませんでした。

そこで韓国のファンの方の助けを借りることができないかPapagoと chatgptを駆使し韓国語のツイートで聞いてみました。

すると皆さんの拡散のおかげでスハのフラスタを出しているtruさんに繋がり、アドバイスをもらうことができました。

そしてこの時点ですでにイベントまで3週間を切っており、まだ何も準備をしていない私に、残りの時間が少ないので急いだほうがいいと教えてくださいました。

1人で大慌てで何から始めていいやら思考がまとまっていない時、YancoさんがDMをくださいました！truさんから教えてもらった業者さんを一緒に調べたり、韓国のスタゲのLunaさんに韓国スタゲの中でフラスタの企画がないか当たってくださったり、Amato.さんに連絡をとってくださいました。
当初過去絵を使わせていただけないかという交渉だったのですが、なんと新しく描いていただくことになりました！

この時点で複数のスタゲの方々と連名でできたらいいね!　という話をしていたので、お金の管理などどうしたらいいか調べている時に見つけたのがこのサイトでした。

そしてLunaさんのおかげで他に協力者を募り、翌日からMapaulさんが韓国現地での手配を担当してくださることになりました。

11月18日(火曜日)

主催の4人とも普通の社会人なので仕事の合間を縫ってグループチャットで連絡を取り瞬く間にお花屋さんを決め、Mapaulさんが代わりに手配をしてくださいました。

そしてすでにAmato.さんにラフ画をいただいたのでお花屋さんにサイズなどを確認し急ピッチでイラストを制作していただき始めました。

私は今回初めてフラスタを出そうと思い立ったので知らなかったのですが、通常イラストパネルとお花屋さんを別々に手配し、完成したパネルをお花屋さんに送る必要があるため本当に一日の予断も許されない状況でした。

私は聞いたり読むのはまだしも書く話すのが弱々なレベルの英語スキルで状況を把握しつつ、仕事の合間にクラファンのサイトを作ることに専念、
韓国スタゲと日本スタゲの共同の企画なので多言語で記載しようと日本語で草案を作り翻訳ツールを駆使し最終的に他のメンバーに確認してもらいつつ、その夜にこのクラファンを立ち上げることができました！

その晩はいざ投稿したタイミングでxのアクセス障害が発生し皆んなで気を揉んでいたのも束の間、フォロワーさんたちのおかげで瞬く間に拡散され、寄付が集まって行きました。

お気づきの方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、最初は口数を制限していなかったので想像をしていた倍どころか3、4倍のスピードで寄付をいただいた(びっくり！)ので途中から慌てて制限をかけさせて頂きました。

11月19日(水曜日)

一晩で目標に近い寄付をいただいたのでとてもうれしくも驚き、メンバーの皆で慌てて話し合いのもと、夕方6時で締め切ることを決めました。

結果合計で24時間立たずに主催4人を除いて73人の方が参加してくださいました！本当にありがとうございます。

そして当初フラスタの設置をコンサート当日に予定していたのですが、イベント開始の12月5日に設置しないとスペースが確保できない可能性が判明。どうにか設置を早められないかお花屋さんと交渉にあたり、なんとか5日からの設置にすることができました。
皆様から多く寄付していただいた費用で調整させていただいております。

つきましてはプロジェクトページのお花の設置日を前倒しさせていただきます。

11月20日(木曜日)

Amato.さんから完成の美しいイラストをいただきました！　そして早速パネルの入稿が完了し、現在製造中です。

また、希望する参加者全員の名前とイラストを担当してくださったAmato.さん、主催4人の名前が入ったネームボードもお現在制作中です。

そして皆さんからの寄付が当初の目標を上回ったのでフラスタをより豪華にさせていただく運びとなりました。

먼저, 프로젝트에 함께해 주신 모든 분들께 정말 감사합니다.

우미입니다!

조금 긴 인사말이지만, 편하게 넘기셔도 괜찮아요.

사실 이 프로젝트가 시작된 건 정말 4일 전이었습니다.

11월 13일, AGF 공식 트윗에서 행사에 플라워 스탠드를 설치할 수 있다는 걸 보고

“보낼 수 있으면 좋겠다…” 생각했지만, 한국이라서 솔직히 불가능하다고 느꼈어요.

11월 17일 (월요일)

동생이 “민수하 팬분들이 플라워 스탠드를 준비하고 있다”고 알려줬고,

그 예쁜 패널과 꽃 디자인을 보고

“아, 나도 우키에게 보내고 싶다!” 라는 마음이 확 들었어요.

그래서 플라워 스탠드를 보내고 싶다고 트윗하고 업체를 찾아봤지만,

꽃다발이나 바구니는 있어도 플라워 스탠드 전문 업체가 잘 안 보이는 거예요.

그래서 파파고와 챗GPT를 이용해서 한국어로 트윗을 올리고,

한국 팬분들이 도와주길 바랐어요.

여러분이 공유해 주신 덕분에

수하님의 플라워 스탠드를 담당했던 tru 님과 연결될 수 있었고,

많은 도움을 받을 수 있었습니다.

그때 이미 행사까지 3주도 안 남아서

“정말 빨리 움직여야 한다”는 조언도 받았어요.

혼자서 좀 패닉 상태였는데,

그때 얀코님이 연락을 주셨고

tru 님이 추천해 주신 업체를 함께 조사해 주시고,

한국 스타게이저인 Luna 님께 한국 쪽 계획도 확인해 주셨고,

아마토님께도 연락해 주셨어요.

원래는 기존 일러스트 사용을 부탁드리려 했는데,

놀랍게도 새 일러스트를 그려주시겠다고 해주셨어요!

그 시점부터 여러 스타게이저 분들과 함께하는 프로젝트가 되면 좋겠다 생각했고,

모금 방법을 찾다가 크라우드펀딩 사이트를 발견하게 되었습니다.

Luna 님의 도움으로 한국 쪽 담당자도 늘었고,

다음 날에는 Mapaul 님이 한국 측의 진행을 맡아주시기로 했습니다.

**11월 18일 (화요일)**

저희 네 명 모두 직장인이어서

틈틈이 단톡에서 계속 조율했어요.

꽃집도 빠르게 정했고

Mapaul 님이 대신 주문과 진행을 도와주셨습니다.

아마토 님의 러프도 이미 도착해서

필요한 패널 사이즈를 확인하고

빠르게 완성해 주시길 부탁드렸어요.

저는 플라워 스탠드 준비가 처음이라

일러스트 패널과 꽃 주문이 별도라는 것도 몰랐고,

시간이 정말 절박했습니다.

영어도 아직 능숙하지 않아서

일본어→번역→팀 체크 방식으로

쉬는 시간마다 크라우드펀딩 페이지를 작성했고요.

그날 밤, 드디어 크라우드펀딩을 공개!

바로 직후 X가 갑자기 먹통이 돼서 놀랐지만

다시 정상화되자마자 공유가 확 퍼져서

후원이 빠르게 들어오기 시작했어요.

사실 처음엔 후원 금액 제한을 걸지 않아서

예상보다 3~4배 빠른 속도로 모금이 들어왔고

급하게 제한을 걸었습니다.

**11월 19일 (수요일)**

하룻밤 만에 거의 목표 금액에 도달했어요.

너무 놀랍고 감사했습니다.

논의 끝에 그날 18시에 모집을 마감하기로 했고,

결과적으로 24시간도 안 돼

73명(주최 4명 제외)의 스타게이저 분들이 참여해 주셨어요.

원래는 콘서트 당일 설치하려 했지만

그렇게 하면 자리 확보가 어려울 수 있다는 얘기를 듣고

꽃집과 상의해 12월 5일 행사 첫날로 앞당겼습니다.

그 내용은 프로젝트 페이지에도 반영돼 있어요.

**11월 20일 (목요일)**

아마토 님의 완성 일러스트가 도착했습니다!

패널 데이터도 이미 인쇄소에 전달해서 제작 중이에요.

참여자 이름, 아마토 님, 주최 4명의 이름이 들어간

네임보드도 준비하고 있습니다.

후원 금액이 목표를 넘어서

플라워 스탠드도 업그레이드될 예정이에요.

First of all, thank you so much to everyone who joined the project.

This is Ummy.

Let me start with a quick greeting (feel free to skip if you like!).

As some of you already know, this whole project actually started only four days ago.

On 13 November, I saw the official AGF tweet saying that flower stands could be displayed at the event. I thought it’d be lovely to send one, but since the venue is in Korea, I honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible.

**17 November (Monday)**

My sister told me that Min Suha’s fans were organising a flower stand, and when I saw their beautiful panel and flower design, I suddenly thought, I want to send flowers to Uki too!

I tweeted about wanting to send a flower stand and started looking for a service that could handle it. I found agencies that deliver bouquets or flower baskets, but none that actually deal with full flower stands.

So I tried tweeting in Korean using Papago and ChatGPT, hoping someone in the Korean fandom might be able to help.

Thanks to everyone who shared the tweet, I managed to get in touch with tru, who organised Suha’s stand, and they gave me loads of helpful advice.

By that point there were already fewer than three weeks left until the event, and since I hadn’t prepared anything, I was told I really needed to move fast.

While I was panicking on my own, not knowing where to start, Yanco messaged me. They helped me look into the company tru recommended, contacted Luna, a Korean Stargazer, to see if there were any existing flower stand plans, and even reached out to Amato.

Originally we were going to ask if we could use their previous artwork, but amazingly, they offered to draw a completely new illustration for us.

Around then we’d also started talking about doing this as a joint project with several Stargazers. While looking into how we should manage the funds, I came across this crowdfunding site.

Thanks to Luna, we were able to gather more helpers, and from the next day onwards Mapaul kindly agreed to handle everything on the Korean side.

**18 November (Tuesday)**

All four organisers are just regular working adults, so we were coordinating in our group chat whenever we could squeeze in a moment at work. We quickly chose a florist, and Mapaul sorted everything out for us.

Since we already had Amato.’s rough sketch, we checked the panel size with the florist and asked for the illustration to be finished quickly.

This was my first time organising a flower stand, so I had no idea that the illustration panel and flowers are usually arranged separately, and that you need to send the completed panel to the florist. Basically, we had zero time to waste.

My English still isn’t great when it comes to writing or speaking, but I worked on the crowdfunding page during breaks at work.

Because this was a joint Japanese–Korean project, I wrote everything in Japanese first, translated it into Korean and English using translation tools, and then had the other members check it.

That evening, we finally launched the crowdfunding campaign.

Right when we posted it, X went down with an access issue, which gave us quite a fright. But once everything came back online, our followers shared it so quickly that donations immediately started coming in.

Some of you might’ve noticed, but at first we didn’t set any donation limit per person. Because of that, donations came in three to four times faster than we’d expected. We rushed to add a cap afterwards.

**19 November (Wednesday)**

By the next morning, we’d already received donations close to our goal. We were honestly shocked but really happy. After discussing things, we decided to close the campaign at 6pm that day.

In the end, within less than 24 hours, 73 people joined the project (not including the four organisers). Thank you so much.

Originally, we planned to have the flower stand installed on the concert day itself, but we found out the space might not be secured unless it was set up on the first day of the event, 5 December. We talked to the florist and managed to move the installation date forward.

The project page has now been updated to reflect this.

**20 November (Thursday)**

We received the finished illustration from Amato.!

The panel data has already been sent for printing and is now being produced.

We’re also working on a name board that will include the names of everyone who requested it, Amato. as the illustrator, and the four organisers.

And since the total donations went beyond the original target, we’ll be upgrading the flower stand to make it even more special.

いよいよフラワースタンドの設置日となりました。
主催の私共もお花屋さんの方でどのように作業が行われているのかわからないので完成を今か今かと待ち侘びています!

主催メンバーのMAPAULが現場で設置に立ち会ってくれる予定です。　(手配本当にありがとうございます！)

無事に設置出来次第すぐツイートとこのページの更新でお知らせいたします。

そしてクラファンの資金について、参加者の皆さんのご意見をいただきありがとうございました。全て読んでおります。個別にお返事ができずすみません。皆さんの気持ちがこもったコメントに本当に心が温かくなりました。

約半分の方が答えてくださり、他の方々も確認してくださったことを願っています。私共に判断を委ねてくださりありがとうございます。

先日個人的に少額でドネーションをして無事日本からでもドネーション可能なことを確認いたしました。
数人の方々が仰ってくださった様に元々stream labsのドネーションも視野に入れていましたが、今回70名を超える方に参加していただいているのでぜひこの機会、この節目にドネーションをすることで私たちのLGBTQ+コミュニティへの連帯を示すことができると思いました。(もちろん浮奇さん個人にドネーションすることも大きな意義があります。)
推しが、すべての人が生きやすい社会になってほしいという意味をこめて今回は残りの金額を寄付させていただきます。

Hello fellow Stargazers!

The day has finally come for the flower stand to be set up.

Since even we, the organisers, don’t know exactly how the florist is putting everything together, we’ve been waiting eagerly to see the finished result!

MAPAUL, one of our organising members, will be on-site to oversee the installation.

(Thank you so much for arranging this!)

As soon as everything is set up safely, we’ll post an update on Twitter and here on this page.

And regarding the crowdfunding funds: thank you so much to everyone who shared their thoughts.

We’ve read every message. I’m sorry we couldn’t reply to each person individually, but your heartfelt comments truly warmed us.

About half of you responded, and I hope the others were also able to check the announcement.

Thank you for trusting us with the final decision.

A few days ago, I personally made a small donation and confirmed that donations from Japan work without any issues.

As several people mentioned, we had also considered using Streamlabs, but with over 70 participants this time, we felt that donating the remaining funds at this moment would be a meaningful way to show our solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community.

(Of course, donating directly to Uki also carries great significance.)

With the hope that our oshi — and everyone — can live in a kinder, more inclusive society, we’ll be donating the remaining amount.
