進捗報告・寄せ書き募集開始

お世話になっております。
現在の進捗状況についてご報告申し上げます。

【応援広告動画について】
ホームタブにて、各所への確認もあり、応援広告動画で使用するBGMの記載をしていなかったため、追記いたしました。
使用予定のBGMは、角巻わため様「ビリ」のアレンジBGMとなります。


【集金状況】
現在、目標金額に対して約76％の達成率となっております。
引き続き、拡散などでご協力をいただけますと幸いです。


【制作状況】
イラストデータおよびBGMデータを受領しておりますので、動画制作をお願いしている段階です。


【権利関係】
・「ビリ」アレンジBGMの使用にあたり、JASRAC様およびNexTone様に使用料について確認を進めております。
　- JASRAC様： 申請済みです。
　- NexTone様： 著作権管理者様に直接確認するようご案内をいただき、現在回答待ちとなっております（1か月前より確認中）。

・上記使用料（JASRAC様、NexTone様）については、企画実施後に請求が来る可能性があるとのことで、収支報告にお時間をいただく場合がございます。（事前請求が可能か、現在確認中です。）

Here is the latest progress update.

【Support Advertisement Video】
After confirming several details with relevant parties, we noticed that the BGM information for the support advertisement video had not been listed in the Home tab. We have now added it.
The planned BGM is an arranged version of “Biri” by Tsunomaki Watame.

【Fundraising Status】
We have currently achieved approximately 76% of our target amount.
We would greatly appreciate your continued support, including helping to spread the word.

【Production Status】
We have received both the illustration data and the BGM data, and video production is now underway.

【Rights and Licensing】

Regarding the use of the arranged version of “Biri”, we are confirming the licensing fees with both JASRAC and NexTone.
• JASRAC: The application has already been submitted.
• NexTone: We were instructed to confirm directly with the copyright holder, and we are currently awaiting their response (pending for about one month).

It is possible that the licensing fees (JASRAC and NexTone) may be invoiced after the project is completed, which may delay the final financial report. We are currently checking whether advance billing may be possible.

【Message Board Project】
Starting today, we have opened submissions for a message board celebrating Tsunomaki Watame’s 6th anniversary.

参加者募集を締め切りました。

お世話になっております。
わためいと企画課でございます。

12月7日（日）までの募集を予定しておりましたが、おかげさまで目標金額を達成したため、募集を一旦締め切らせていただきました。

余剰金につきましては、わためさんへのスーパーチャットとして使用することを検討しておりますが、当初の締切日まで募集を続けた場合、想定以上の余剰金が発生する可能性があるため、このような判断をいたしました。

とはいえ、早期締め切りとなりましたので、参加を検討されていた方もいらっしゃるかと思います。つきましては、Xアカウントにて「企画参加希望」のアンケートを実施し、参加希望の方が多い場合は、
・余剰金はスーパーチャットのみならず、次回企画にも充当する可能性があること
を明記した上で、募集を再開したいと考えております。

楽曲使用料と寄せ書きについて Regarding Music Usage Fees and the Group Message Project

お世話になっております。

約2か月ほど確認を行っておりました NexTone様の楽曲使用料につきまして、
権利関係者様への確認が完了し、使用料が確定いたしましたため、すでに NexTone様へ申請を行っております。

なお、申請は完了しておりますが、請求書の発行が2月下旬頃となる可能性がございます。
そのため、本企画の収支報告につきましては、2月〜3月上旬頃のご報告となる見込みです。

リワードにつきましては、企画実施後、先行して配布を予定しております。

また、寄せ書き企画のメッセージは引き続き募集しております。
ぜひご参加いただけますと幸いです。

Regarding the music usage fees with NexTone, which we have been confirming for approximately two months, we have now received confirmation from the rights holders and the usage fees have been finalized.
The application has already been submitted to NexTone.

Although the application has been completed, there is a possibility that the invoice will be issued in late February.
As a result, the financial report for this project is expected to be shared between February and early March.

Regarding the rewards, we plan to distribute them in advance after the project has been carried out.

In addition, we are still accepting messages for the group message (yosetti) project.

以前ご案内させていただきました通り、NexTone様からの楽曲使用料の請求書につきましては、2月末頃の発行を予定しております。
そのため、最終的な収支報告および企画完了報告につきましては、後日あらためてご報告させていただく予定でございます。

なお、企画完了報告は少し先となりますが、企画自体はすでに実施済みのため、支援者様へのリワードとして、イラスト・BGM・動画データの配布を開始いたします。

As previously announced, the invoice for music usage fees from NexTone is scheduled to be issued around the end of February.
Accordingly, the final financial report and the official project completion report will be shared at a later date once all procedures have been finalized.

Although the project completion report will take some time, the project itself has already been successfully carried out.
Therefore, we will begin distributing the rewards to our supporters, including illustration data, BGM, and video files.

In addition, as part of the rewards, a video featuring the names of the creators and supporters has already been edited and uploaded to YouTube.

Regarding Rewards
Supporters will receive high-resolution illustration data as a reward.

・Use on the web, including SNS icons, is prohibited.
